When you have lung disease or problems with breathing or sleep, even simple activities can be tiring and difficult. Our team can help.
We diagnose and treat a wide range of pulmonary conditions, including asthma, COPD, emphysema and lung nodules. Our doctors and other providers see patients both in the hospital and our outpatient clinics. We also have a sleep medicine program for patients with sleep disorders.
Whether it’s an emergency or help managing a chronic condition, our team can provide the expert care and compassion you need to breathe easier.
The services you need, close to home
CHA offers the same pulmonary care you’ll find in a large Boston hospital, but in your local community. We use a full range of tests and technologies to understand lung conditions. These include tests for lung function and oxygen needs as well as bronchoscopy, where we use a tube to look inside your airways. We can also help you figure out why you’re having trouble with sleep using at home tests or in our full-service sleep lab.
Diagnosing your condition is just the beginning. The CHA pulmonary team will support you at every step to make sure you get the right follow-up care and help you manage your health at home. CHA pulmonary patients who need extra support for COPD and similar conditions can also join Pulmonary Rehabilitation program at CHA Everett Hospital and get education and support for breathing issues.
