Sleep studies, in a friendly community setting
Getting enough sleep is key to your health. Some sleep issues can affect your heart and blood pressure if not treated. That’s where we can help.
Sleep testing is available for adults 18 and older using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques. Our team of doctors, respiratory therapists and technologists will find out what’s causing your sleep problems and design a plan to help you sleep better. Together, we’ll help you get a good night’s sleep.
Your Care at its Best
About Sleep Tests
A sleep test is an overnight study to understand your body while you sleep - at our Sleep Lab or, in some cases, at home. During the test, we monitor your breathing, oxygen level, heart rate, movements, snoring and brain activity.
After seeing test results, you will get follow-up visits and a treatment plan to help you sleep better. This may include:
- Changes to your sleep habits
- Behavioral techniques and cognitive behavioral therapy
- Medication management
- PAP (positive airway pressure) therapy
About PAP Therapy
If you have trouble wearing a PAP mask for obstructive sleep apnea, we can help. We hold “mask clinics” three times a month to help choose the right mask for your face and help you with mask fittings.
