If an injury or illness has made it harder for you to move, play or do regular activities, the rehabilitation team at CHA can help.

Work one-on-one with experts to understand how your injury affects you and your life. Our goals are to help you move better, reduce pain, talk better and/or get back in the game.

Rehabilitation services are offered for all ages at three CHA locations - Everett, Malden and Somerville's Assembly Square. People come to us from across Greater Boston, and many of our providers speak languages other than English.
