The CHA Everett Care Center has what you need. Our Primary Care experts see people of all ages to help you, and your family, live your healthiest lives.

When you join us, you get a whole team that works together to keep you and your family healthy.

Our "sister" site is the CHA Revere Care Center. This means you can be seen at either location, giving you more access to care.

  • Parking and Public Transportation

    Parking:

    We have a free lot located behind the building. There is limited on street parking.

    Public Transportation:

    Bus: 97, 104, 109, 112

    Train: Orange Line, Malden Center Station or Wellington Station.

  • Using eCheck-in Before Your Visit

    If you have a MyCHArt account, you can now use eCheck-in to review and update your information before you come for an in-person visit.

    Your visit will be safer, and you can save time at the registration window when you arrive!

  • COVID Guidelines
    Who can come with you or visit you in the hospital?

    Patients coming for a clinic visit, to Urgent care or to the Emergency Department are allowed to bring at least one person with them. Additional people will be at the discretion of the provider and clinic.

    If you are coming to visit a patient in the hospital, please see our Visitor Policy page for current standards. .


    Please wear a mask when you come in.

    Don't worry, we'll be wearing them too. 

    Please do not wear a mask with valves or vents. These protect you but don't protect others.


    Everyone will be screened for illness before entering.

    You may be asked questions about COVID symptoms (fever or chills, shortness of breath, cough, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.)

    If you are feeling sick, or have been near someone who you know has COVID-19, please call us before your visit. Your care team may give you advice over the phone or ask you to be seen at a different location.


    You will be asked to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer when you enter any CHA building.

    If you already come to CHA for care:

    Just call your clinic or provider directly. You can also contact us in MyCHArt.

    We can help you make, change or cancel your appointment.

    To become a new patient:

  • Get help when I feel sick?

    Please call us and let us know how you feel.

    Our nurses and doctors are always able to answer questions on the phone, even when the office is closed.

    If you have an urgent medical need (not an emergency):

    Please visit CHA Somerville Campus Urgent Care at 33 Tower Street, Somerville.

    If you are having a health emergency:

    Call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency room.

    You can find 24 hour care with short wait times at CHA Cambridge Hospital and CHA Everett Hospital. When you go to a CHA emergency room, your CHA doctor will be notified about your health needs and can help coordinate your care.

    There may be a cost for copies - If you want copies, we will charge a reasonable fee for them. We will also charge you for postage costs, if you want us to mail the copies to you.

  • Get a referral?

    Please talk to your care team. They can help you find the right doctor or service for your medical needs.

    We hope you see a doctor in our network. This will let us share medical information and support your care.

  • Get refills?

    For the best service, just call your pharmacy to get your prescription refilled.

    Please don’t wait until your medication is gone before calling. However, if you do run out, please tell the pharmacist. They may be able to give you some medication until your refill has been approved.

    Your primary care or specialty team knows when you are due for routine tests, immunizations and health screenings.

    Just ask them what you need and when.
