CHA Registered Dietitian/Nutritionists are experts in food and nutrition. Every dietitian is licensed by the state, has a degree in nutrition and passed a board exam. They maintain their skills through continuing education.
Many of our team members have additional degrees or certification. These include master’s degrees and certifications in diabetes education and adult weight management.

Outpatient Appointments: Please call the main phone number at your CHA primary care center or request a referral from your CHA primary care provider or medical specialist. Appointments are required.
