Janell C. Corbett

Residency Operations Manager, has been with Cambridge Health Alliance for three years, and recently joined the Residency department in the spring of 2010. Janell will be coordinating the Family Medicine applicant interviewing process, beginning with all the applications received through ERAS, scheduling interviews, and organizing interview day agendas, tours and packets. She maintains all information for the applicant season up and through "Match Day". Janell coordinates the Match Day party, and New Resident Orientation. Other responsibilities include overseeing Faculty and Residents smart phones, compiling resident conference attendance, Survey Monkey evaluations, and the National GME census. She also serves as the liaison with the marketing department to insure that the TUFMR website it updated.

Janell is thrilled to be a part of the Residency, and is a "wicked local" kind of girl. In her spare time you can find Janell reading the latest best seller, at the movies, cheering on her beloved Boston sports teams, or doing her favorite thing of all, spending time her son Jared.

Robin L. Huckleberry

Residency Clerkship Coordinator, joined the residency in March of 2016. Robin's responsibilities include maintaining and updating the Residents dashboards which includes conference attendance and rotation block evaluations. Maintains residency logs and charts pertaining to the residency budget and the daily or weekly forms that are processed. Other responsibilities include compiling all pertinent residency information and paperwork to be input online and performing diverse clerical, secretarial and administrative duties to support the Tufts University Family Medicine Residency (tufmr) program.

In her spare time, Robin is an avid hockey fan and has been cheering on her Boston Bruins as a Season Ticker Holder for 31 years. She enjoys time with her family, friends and her cat Bailey.

Patricia Reyes

Residency Administrative Coordinator, Patty has been with CHA for four years and has been with Family Medicine for the last two years. She recently joined the Family Medicine Residency Program in the Spring of 2017. Patty works directly with the residents in the program assisting in the scheduling and coordinating of educational events and medical rotations. She also communicates with other departments and physician's offices to organize accurate times to meet for sub- specialties. Other tasks include working with the Residency Operations Manager in updating residency profiles and resident information for groups such as AAFP and ACGME. 

In her spare moments, Patty enjoys reading, traveling as much as she could, and most of all, spending time with her family.
