Group Programs in Primary Care

Health care, education and support in a group setting

Currently all Primary Care groups will be held virtually (online) unless otherwise noted.

About Group Visits

CHA now offers group visits in person and by video. These groups are a great way to improve your health along with others who have similar health concerns.

When you join a CHA group, you get health care and education in a supportive setting. Research shows these visits can help you understand your health and take steps to feeling better.

Note: We are always accepting referrals for new group members. If our current groups are full, you may be placed on a waiting list.
