Remember when doctors and nurses used to come to your home? Through this special program for homebound patients, they still do.
The CHA House Calls program has a team of doctors and nurse practitioners who provide primary care to older adults who are homebound or can't get to the doctor’s office. We are based at 1493 Cambridge Street in Cambridge, MA and serve the greater Cambridge and Somerville area.
Patients who join the program get physicals and sick visits in the most comfortable and convenient setting – their home. We call this “expert care in an old-fashioned manner.”
