The Board of Trustees of the Cambridge Health Alliance will meet in person on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Cambridge Hospital Campus, 1493 Cambridge Street, 7th Floor, Richard de Filippi Board Room, Cambridge, MA.
The meeting will be held in open session from 7:30 a.m. to approximately 7:40 a.m. for purposes of addressing the following topics:

General announcements and approval of minutes
The meeting will be held in closed session from approximately 7:40 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for purposes of discussing peer review matters, strategic planning matters related to and arising from the CHA 2027 strategic plan, including strategic metrics, considerations, and related plans, analyses, evaluations, data, and planning that, if disclosed, are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities and is not open to the public.

Wheelchair-assisted participants arriving by motor car should park in the Cambridge Hospital parking garage and utilize the parking garage elevator to reach the hospital's main lobby. Upon entering the hospital lobby, proceed straight ahead and take the elevators to the seventh floor, where signs will direct you to the Board Room.
