The Board Strategic Planning Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance will meet virtually on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Please note that after initially convening the meeting in open session, the meeting will immediately convene into Executive Session for purposes of addressing strategic plans (including strategic metrics, industry and market updates, and potential service offerings) and other plans, analyses, evaluations, and data that are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities. The Executive Session is not open to the public.
