The Cambridge Health Alliance Board of Trustees will meet virtually on
Tuesday, November 21, 2023, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
The meeting will be held in open session from 7:30 a.m. to approximately
7:40 a.m. for purposes of addressing the following topics:
- General announcements and approval of minutes
The meeting will be held in closed session from approximately 7:40 a.m. to
9:30 a.m. to (a) engage in peer review discussions and (b) discuss strategic
plans regarding service offerings and improving financial performance and
related plans, analyses, financial evaluations, and data that, if disclosed,
will likely give other persons or entities an unfair competitive or bargaining
advantage. The meeting will not be reconvening back into an open session.
