The Governance and Nominating Committee of the Cambridge Health
Alliance Board of Trustees will meet virtually on Friday, November 17,
2023, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
The meeting will be held in open session from 7:30 a.m. to approximately
7:45 a.m. for purposes of addressing the following topics:
- General announcements and approval of minutes
- Review and Discussion of AHA Webinar
The meeting will be held in closed session from approximately 7:45 a.m. to
9:00 a.m. for purposes of (1) conducting initial screening of prospective
candidates for the open Somerville Board seat in its capacity as a
preliminary screening committee and (2) discussion related to the strategic
plan and potential strategic decisions related to the Board Evaluation and
Trustee Job Description. The meeting will not be reconvening back into an
open session.
