The Board Executive Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance Board of
Trustees will meet virtually on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 from 8:00 a.m.
to 9:00 a.m.
Please note that after initially convening the meeting in open session, the
meeting will immediately convene into Executive Session for purposes of
addressing strategic issues related to financial planning, service offerings,
and organizational priorities as well as other plans, analyses, evaluations,
and data that are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining
advantage to other persons or entities and is not open to the public.
