The meeting will be held in closed session from approximately 8:40 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for purposes of discussing strategic plans, including potential new organizational initiatives and related analyses, evaluations, and data that, if disclosed, are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities.
