    The Finance Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance Board of Trustees will be meeting virtually on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

    The meeting will be held in open session from 5:00 p.m. to approximately 5:05 p.m. for purposes of addressing the following topics:

    • General announcements and approval of August 21, 2023 Finance Committee minutes
    • CHA Consolidated Performance
      1. FY23 June Financial Overview
      2. FY24 August Financial Overview
    • Line of Credit Renewal
    • Review of FY24 Board Finance Committee Meeting Schedule

    The meeting will be held in closed session from approximately 5:40 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for purposes of discussing strategic issues, including strategic metrics, considerations, and related plans, analyses, evaluations, data, and planning that, if disclosed, are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities.
