The Governance and Nominating Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance Board of Trustees will be meeting virtually on Friday, July 21, 2023 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
The meeting will be held in open session from 7:30 a.m. to approximately 7:45 a.m. for purposes of addressing the following topics:
- General announcements and approval of minutes
- Review and vote on recommendations for appointment of vice-chair and filling open Cambridge public member seat
The meeting will be held in closed session from approximately 7:45 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. for purposes of (1) conducting preliminary screening of prospective candidates for an open Board seat, (2) engaging in peer review discussions related to CHA's HRO initiative, and (3) discussing CHA's strategic plans and to the Board’s role and performance in the implementation of CHA's strategic plan. The meeting will not be reconvening back into open session.
