The Cambridge Health Alliance Board of Trustees will be meeting virtually on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
The meeting will be held in open session from 7:30 a.m. to approximately 8:20 a.m. for purposes of addressing the following topics:
- General announcements and approval of minutes
- The Open Meeting Law Complaint received by the Board
- Review of and vote on the FY2024 budget
The meeting will be held in closed session from approximately 8:20 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. to discuss (a) peer review matters and (b) strategic plans and other plans,analyses and evaluations related to measures for implementing CHA's strategic plan that if disclosed would be likely to give another party an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage. The meeting will not be reconvening back into open session.
