The Board Audit and Compliance Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance will be meeting virtually on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 6:15 PM.
The meeting will be held in open session from 5:00 PM to 5:40 PM to address the following topics:
- Review of the committee's April 5, 2023 open session minutes
- Review of the 403(b) retirement plan audit presentation
- Review of CHA retirement plans
The meeting will be held in closed session from approximately 5:40 PM to 6:15 PM to discuss strategic plans and other plans,analyses and evaluations related to CHA’s internal audit program that if disclosed would be likely to give another party an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage. The meeting will not be reconvening back into open session.
