The Cambridge Health Alliance Board of Trustees will be meeting on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 from 7:30 a.m. to Noon in-person at Tufts University’s Alumnae Lounge, 40 Talbot Avenue, Medford, MA.
Please note that, this meeting will convene into Executive Session from 7:32 am to Noon for purposes of discussing (A) peer review matters related to CHA’s risk management and quality assurance programs, (B) strategic matters (including matters regarding CHA’s population health activities and FY24 budget planning), and related plans, analyses, evaluations and data that, if disclosed, are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities.
The meeting will be held in open session from 7:30 AM to 7:32 AM and include:
