The Board Audit and Compliance Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance will be meeting on April 5, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM virtually. The meeting will be held in closed session from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM to discuss strategic plans and other workplans the disclosure of which is likely to give another party an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage. The meeting will not be reconvening back into open session.
