Please note that the meeting will be held in executive session from 5:40 PM to 6:45 PM for the purposes of discussing strategic issues related to the Medicaid waiver, future capital expenditure allocations and FY24 budget considerations and related plans, analyses, evaluations, data and planning that, if disclosed, are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities.
