The Cambridge Health Alliance Board of Trustees will be meeting on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 from 8 a.m. to Noon in-person at 350 Main Street, Malden, MA in the 4th floor conference rooms.
Please note that, immediately after convening in open session, this meeting will go into and be held in Executive Session. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss issues and plans related to the implementation of CHA’s strategic plan, with a focus on organizational strategic priorities for the next 18 months. These discussions and the related analyses, evaluations, and data, if disclosed, are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities.
