Please note that, immediately after convening in open session, this meeting will convene into Executive Session for purposes of discussing strategic issues and related plans, analyses, evaluations and data (including the potential purchase real property) that, if disclosed, are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities and may have a detrimental effect on CHA's negotiating position. The meeting will not reconvene into open session.
