The Board Governance and Nominating Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance will be meeting on Friday, January 13, 2023 from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM virtually.
The meeting will be held in open session from 7:30 a.m. to 7:50 a.m. and will include the following agenda items:
- Approval of November 11, 2022 open session minutes
- Follow-up item: Orientation for new trustees and facility tours for trustees
The meeting will convene into executive session at 7:40 AM for purposes of discussing organizational strategic needs and plans, consequent Board of Trustees' needs, and related analyses, evaluations and data that, if disclosed, are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining to other persons or entities. The executive session is not open to the public.
