    A meeting of the Board Finance Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance will be meeting on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM virtually.     Please note that the meeting will be held in executive session from 5:20 PM to 6:00 PM for the purposes of discussing strategic issues and related plans, analyses, evaluations and data related to CHA’s facilities needs and planning (including the potential purchase or lease of real property) that, if disclosed, are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities.

    Open session will be held from 5 PM to 5:20 PM and will include the following topic agendas:

    • Approval of November 22, 2022 open session Finance Committee minutes
    • CHA Consolidated Performance: FY23 November financial overview (unaudited)
