The Board Audit and Compliance Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance will be meeting on November 9, 2022 from 4:45 PM to 6:15 PM virtually. The meeting will be held in closed session from 4:45 PM to 5:10 PM to discuss strategic plans and other plans the disclosure of which is likely to give another party an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage. The meeting will not be reconvening back into open session.
From 5:00 PM to 5:25 PM, the meeting will be held in open session and will include the following topics:

- PwC Presentation of CHA FY22 Audited Financial Statements
