The Cambridge Health Alliance Board of Trustees will be meeting on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in-person at the AC Marriott Boston North in Medford, MA.
Please note that, immediately after convening in open session, this meeting will go into and be held in Executive Session. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss issues and plans related to the implementation of CHA’s strategic plan, with a focus on health equity issues. These discussions and the related analyses, evaluations, and data, if disclosed, are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities.
The meeting will not reconvene back into open session prior to adjourning.
