A meeting of the Board Finance Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance will be meeting on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 6:45 PM virtually. To participate virtually in the open session portion of this meeting, public members must register at the following link prior to the meeting:

Please note that the meeting will be held in executive session from 5:55 PM to 6:45 PM for purposes of discussing strategic and other plans for addressing CHA’s performance which, if disclosed, would be likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to another party. The meeting will not be reconvening back into open session.

- Approval of June 28, 2022 open session Finance Committee minutes
- CHA Consolidated Performance: FY22 June financial overview (unaudited) and FY23 August financial overview (unaudited)
