The Board Audit and Compliance Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance will be meeting on August 24, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 5:55 PM virtually. The meeting will be held in closed session from 5:40 PM to 5:55 PM to discuss strategic plans and other plans the disclosure of which is likely to give another party an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage. The meeting will not be reconvening back into open session.
From 5:00 PM to 5:40 PM, the meeting will be held in open session and will include the following topics:
- Approval of the July 13, 2022 open session minutes
- PwC Presentation of CHA FY21 Reports on Federal Awards in accordance with the Uniform Guidance.
- Review of FY23 Audit and Compliance Committee Meeting Calendar
