The Board Governance and Nominating Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance will be meeting on Friday, July 8, 2022 from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM virtually. The meeting will convene into executive session at 8:00 AM for purposes of discussing (i) peer review proceedings and peer review matters, (ii) strategic plans, (iii) analyses, evaluations and data that are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining to other persons or entities, (iv) conducting preliminary candidate screening activities and, in connection therewith, discussing strategic plans, and is not open to the public.
The meeting will be held in open session from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and will include the following agenda items:
- Approval of 5/13/2022 and 6/14/2022 open session minutes
- Orientation and mentoring of new trustees
- Review Trustee Job Description
