The Board Governance and Development Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance will be meeting on Friday, May 13 from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM virtually. The meeting will convene into executive session at 8:20 AM for purposes of discussing (i) peer review proceedings and peer review matters, (ii) strategic plans, (iii) analyses, evaluations and data that are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining to other persons or entities, (iv) conducting preliminary candidate screening activities and, in connection therewith, discussing strategic plans, and is not open to the public.
The meeting will be held in open session from 7:30 a.m. to 8:20 a.m. and will include the following agenda items:
- Approval of 3/11/2021 open session minutes
- Follow-up items
- Review of FY22 goals and developing FY23 goals
