The Cambridge Health Alliance Board of Trustees will be meeting on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. virtually.

Please note that this meeting will be held in Executive Session from 7:50 AM to 9:30 AM for purposes of addressing strategic issues and other plans, analyses, evaluations and data, that are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities and/ or would have a detrimental effect on CHA's negotiating position. Discussions may also involve peer review protected matters.
The meeting will be held in open session from 7:30 AM to 7:50 AM and will include the following agenda items:
- Approval of the open consent agenda which consists of the March 15, 2022 open session minutes
- Review and approval of revised Board Nominating and Governance Charter and related changes in the board bylaws
- Sharing of learning from the MHA DE&I conference
