Board Finance Committee Meeting

A meeting of the Board Finance Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance will be meeting on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 6:15 PM virtually. To participate virtually in the open session portion of this meeting, public members must register at the following link prior to the meeting:

Please note that the meeting will be held in executive session from 5:20 PM to 6:15 PM for purposes of addressing strategic issues and other plans, analyses, evaluations and data that are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities. The meeting will not be reconvening back into open session.

Open session will be held from 5 PM to 5:20 PM and will include the following topic agendas:

• Approval of January 25, 2022 open session Finance Committee minutes
• CHA Consolidated Performance: FY22 January financial overview (unaudited)
