Please note that this meeting will be held in Executive Session from 7:32 AM to 9:30 AM for purposes of discussing CHA's strategic plan and how it will be implemented, including discussion of analyses, evaluations, data and programs that is likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities.
The meeting will be held in open session from 7:30 AM to 7:32 AM to convene the meeting and approve the October 19, 2021 open session minutes and then, will subsequently convene into closed session for the remainder of the meeting.
