The Board Audit and Compliance Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance will be meeting on Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 6:45 PM virtually. The meeting will be held in closed session from 5:30 PM to 6:45 PM for purposes of addressing strategic issues and other plans, analyses, evaluations and data that are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities. The meeting will not be reconvening back into open session.
From 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM, the meeting will be held in open session and will include the following topics:
- Approval of the July 24, 2021 open session minutes
- PricewaterhouseCoopers Presentation of CHA FY21 Audited Financial Statements
- Update on FY20 Uniform Guidance
