The Board Executive Compensation Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance will be meeting on Monday, September 13, 2021 from 8:40 AM to 9:00 AM virtually.
The meeting will be held in Executive Session from 8:45 AM to 9:00 AM for purposes of discussing negotiations with non-union employees which, if disclosed, would give any such employee an unfair bargaining advantage, and is not open to the public. The meeting will not reconvene back into open session prior to adjournment.
From 8:40 AM to 8:45 AM, the meeting will be held in open session to review the proposed CEO performance evaluation tool.
