The Board Audit and Compliance Committee of the Cambridge Health Alliance will be meeting on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM virtually. The meeting will be held in closed session from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM for purposes of addressing strategic issues and other plans, analyses, evaluations and data that are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities. The meeting will not be reconvening back into open session.
From 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, the meeting will be held in open session and will include the following topics:
- Approval of the June 8, 2021 open session minutes
- PwC presentation of CHA FY20 Reports on Federal Awards in accordance with the Uniform Guidance
- Review of 403B Audit Presentation
- Review of CHA Retirement Plans
