The Board of Trustees will be meeting virtually on Tuesday, June 15 from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. After initially being convened in open session to address some administrative matters, the remainder of this meeting will be held in executive session for purposes of holding a strategic planning retreat at which the Board will be discussing strategic planning matters and related analyses, evaluations and data that are likely to give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to other persons or entities. The executive session portion of the meeting is not open to the public.
Open session will be conducted from 7:30 a.m. to 7:35 a.m. and will include the following agenda items:
