Additional Information
I decided to specialize in OB/GYN because it is a field that allows me to help women and encourage them to be healthy. I like that I see a wide variety of patients with different needs. As an OB/GYN, I can provide care in the office or in the operating room doing surgery. I am always amazed to find that most women have a great sense of humor regardless of what may be happening in their lives. My job also gives me the opportunity to teach physicians-in-training.
Outside of work, I enjoy watercolor painting, reading and travel. I am also learning to play the guitar.
