Additional Information
I have always been fascinated by women and babies. I searched for my place in healthcare until I discovered Midwifery during one of my undergraduate women's health classes. I immediately fell in love with the Midwife role, and it was so clear that Midwives truly spoke my language. I studied Nursing and Midwifery at Columbia University in New York City, and spent 5 years working with women at a busy tertiary care center in the Bronx, NY. I loved my time in NYC, but I am originally from Massachusetts, and knew that I would probably be back someday! I was lucky enough to join CHA, and I am thrilled to work with women both in and out of the hospital and at the CHA Cambridge Birth Center.
Outside of work I have a passion for travel, I love to do yoga and spend time outdoors, and I enjoy spending time with my friends and family.
I am honored to be at CHA, and look forward to the adventures ahead.
