Additional Information
I am an Orthopaedic Surgeon with a clinical focus on sports related injuries and a surgical focus on knee and shoulder soft tissue (ligament, tendon, cartilage) pathology.
I was born and raised in Massachusetts, and trained at some of the top academic institutions in the Northeast. I've been at CHA for over 10 years and have held various Leadership Roles. Currently, as a Medical Director, I focus on optimizing our department’s ambulatory practice.
Every day, I harness my knowledge, skills and experience to serve the CHA community. I believe every patient deserves the same high level of assessment and care. When I can provide that, I am happy to do so; when I cannot, I strive to find the best possible solution here at CHA, at one of our partner institutions, or within my trusted network of local colleagues.
I have benefited from amazing teachers and mentors who have shaped my perspective, and I take pride in the opportunity to do the same for others. I am an Instructor at Harvard Medical School and an Undergraduate Tutor at Harvard College.
Outside of work, I am passionate about surfing, and you’ll often find me trying to track down, and occasionally ride, our fickle New England waves.
