Applicants must be board-certified or board-eligible physicians who will have completed residency training by July 31 of the year of anticipated start. Candidates should have a full independent Massachusetts State Medical license by May before the fellowship.
Applicants for the Addictions Medicine Fellowship should submit
- Completed ERAS application form
- Three (3) letters of recommendation, preferably one (or more) from a primary care specialty
- Personal statement
