Conversations on Health/Services and Community Health Needs Survey

Cambridge Health Alliance and the City of Somerville are hosting a series of community listening sessions.

Your input on health care services that you and your family need and care about is important to us. Please join us for a session that works best for you - we would love to see you there! Light refreshments will be served.

Thursday, April 5, 5:30 – 7 p.m.
East Somerville Community Center - First Floor Main Room
165 Broadway, Somerville

Wednesday, April 11, 5:30 – 7 p.m.
VNA of Eastern Massachusetts - Community Room (Third Floor)
259 Lowell Street, Somerville

We encourage you to complete a community health care survey prior to the meeting. Paper copies of the survey will also be available at each gathering and at locations throughout the community.

The survey is available in the following languages:
