REVERE, Mass. — The CHA Revere Care Center, located at 454 Broadway in Revere, completed a major expansion in 2015 and just completed a second phase of expansion with a brand new Women’s Health Center. CHA now offers a complete range of services for the whole family - from award-winning, nationally recognized primary care, to a full-service OB/GYN and women's health center.
The newly renovated space doubles the size of the previous facility. It includes two additional exam rooms, one new procedure room, a larger waiting area and ultrasound on site. CHA Women’s Health, Revere Care Center focuses on the full spectrum of women’s health, offering services for pregnant women as well as family planning with experienced doctors, certified nurse-midwives and specialists in peri-menopause and menopause care.
“We care for women by fostering relationships that are based on respect and focus on women’s health and wellness. Our beautiful new space provides a warm and caring environment for women to receive all the care they need from routine prenatal care to surgery consultations,” said Andrea Chisholm, MD, of CHA’s Women’s Health in Revere. Dr. Chisholm was instrumental in launching the women’s health program in Revere.
CHA is celebrating the expansion with a special open house for women. “Happy You” for women – a morning of health, wellness and relaxation is free and open to the public and will be held on September 30, 2017 starting at 9 a.m. Award winning broadcast journalist Cheryl Fiandaca, of WBZ-TV, will open the event. The morning will include free chair massages, a tour of the facility, give-aways, as well as presentations on nutrition and stress reduction geared towards women in the community.
The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8 - 5 p.m. For more information about the new services being offered at CHA Women’s Health, Revere Care Center, or to book an appointment, please visit the CHA Revere Care Center or call 781-485-8200.
